Divij Kumar is an advocate with over a decade and a half of experience in commercial and constitutional litigation, arbitration, and insolvency proceedings across the country. He launched Chambers of Divij Kumar in 2026 as an independent practice dedicated to offering clients direct, partner-led representation before India’s superior courts and tribunals.

A graduate of the Army Institute of Law, Mohali (Class of 2010), Divij served as a Partner at CMS INDUSLAW and, prior to that, for seven years at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices. His formative years were spent in the chambers of Mr. Sudhir K. Makkar, Senior Advocate.

Representation of RPs, Resolution Applicants and Committees of Creditors before the NCLT and NCLAT.

Domestic commercial arbitrations including shareholder, JV and works-contract disputes.

Writs before the High Courts and the Supreme Court, including challenges to State levies.
