Pro Bono

Work of public consequence.

The Chambers remains deeply committed to pro bono work, including representation in matters before the Supreme Court concerning victims’ rights and access to statutory compensation schemes.

A meaningful portion of the Chambers’ time is dedicated to causes without remuneration — to ensure that access to senior counsel is not the privilege of means alone, and that the practice contributes, where it can, to the development of rights-based jurisprudence.

Matters range from victim-compensation claims and access-to-justice questions to public-interest proceedings touching on constitutional entitlements and the workings of statutory compensation schemes.
